Opportunity for Comment: “America’s Supply Chains” Executive Order

On Tuesday, April 13, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) published a Notice of Request for Comments on the “America’s Supply Chains” Executive Order. President Biden issued the Executive Order on February 24, 2021, directing several federal agency actions to secure and strengthen America’s supply chains. The DoD is looking for input regarding identifying risks in the supply chain for strategic and critical materials, as well as policy recommendations to address these risks. Comments must be received by April 28, 2021 to be assured consideration.
